Last year, to celebrate our milestone of the 100th Fronius Hybrid installation, we decided to surprise the client by gifting the lucky recipient a free inverter. This honor went to the Kirkdale Out of School Club, a local establishment in Holmfirth.

To make the occasion special, Fronius representatives attended to present the club with a bag of goodies, and we contributed cakes and balloons for the children to enjoy. The installation included an 11.34kWp system, providing a significant energy solution to the club with an estimated annual generation of 8709kWh.

However, after closely monitoring their energy usage profile via Solarweb, they identified the need for additional storage. This led to an upgrade, and they now have a total of 13.8kWh storage capacity. This additional storage allows the club to capture energy generated over the weekend, when the building is not in use, so they can maximize their energy utilization when they reopen on Monday mornings.
This installation not only provided the club with a sustainable energy solution but also highlighted the benefits of ongoing energy monitoring and flexible system upgrades to meet changing needs.
